International Flat Shipping Rate: €5.00
Orders over €50: Free Shipping
International orders: Worldwide orders are always shipped via priority mail and get a tracking number. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders €50 and over.
National orders (from Portugal) : Portuguese orders are shipped via standard, priority mail or cash on delivery (choice is available at checkout).
Handling time: All our products are custom and made to order. We take up to 10 business days to ship out your order, depending on our workload.

If there is a problem with the product or the size, we accept exchanges. The client must send the item back at their own expense and then we will send it back at our expense. Always contact us before sending back a product to be exchanged.
