How it works
Once you’ve placed your order, email us one or more clear, close-up photos of your pet, ideally facing forward, at tailwagcollars@gmail.com.
We’ll turn your photos into an embroidery-ready portrait and send you the design for approval before we start stitching. You can request changes at this stage.
If you’d like your pet’s name embroidered underneath the portrait, just let us know in your email or order notes.
Sizing
Our sweatshirts have an oversized, unisex fit and are designed to be worn slightly loose.
Production
Each sweatshirt is personalised and made to order.
Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production.

- Wash inside out

- Iron gently from the reverse side if needed
