How it works
Once you’ve placed your order, email us one or more clear, close-up photos of your pet, ideally facing forward, at tailwagcollars@gmail.com.
We’ll turn your photos into an embroidery-ready portrait and send you the design for approval before we start stitching. You can request changes at this stage.
If you’d like your pet’s name embroidered underneath, just leave us a note at checkout or mention it in your email.
Ordering more than one?
If you’d like more than one T-shirt with the same portrait, additional tees are available at a lower price because your pet’s design has already been prepared for embroidery. Send us an email and we’ll arrange it with you.
Production
Each T-shirt is personalised and made to order.
Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production.

Care
- Machine wash up to 40°C
- Wash inside out
- Do not use bleach
- Iron the embroidery gently from the reverse side if needed
