Instructions: After ordering this item, please send us a clear and close up photo of your dog or cat to sales@tail-wag.com. We will then send you the design for you to approve, before embroidering. If there are specific colors you'd like for the design, please let us know via email.
If you'd like to order more than one sweatshirt (with the same portrait) the price is always reduced from the second sweatshirt onwards because the design of your pet has been made and can be replicated easily.
Sizing Chart: These sweaters are unisex and a bit oversized, just the way winter sweaters should be! If you don't like the oversize look, we recommend you go a size down.

Custom embroideries can take 10 to 15 business days to ship.
